NexaCare is our basic Managed Services offering, and it is a good choice if you’re looking for an IT partner and would prefer to pay for support of your hardware and software on a consumption basis. NexaCare agreements include real-time remote monitoring, automation and patching. A dedicated field team for on-site support will be available when necessary. Like our more advanced NexaSphere offering, we bring together best of breed technologies to support your business workloads. Our Client Support team is available via phone or email seven days a week, and we can provide business critical support 24 hours a day.
In addition to remote monitoring, automation and patching, NexaCare agreements include our security suite for all users, including advanced end-point threat protection and DNS protection.
We make supporting your team and protecting your data attainable by offering our basic NexaCare solution for a set monthly fee based on the number of users, not the number of devices. A dedicated support team is available for an additional charge.
